THURSDAY DEPARTURE FROM CHENNAI
Board bus from Chennai to Kodaikanal at 2230 hrs, Overnight journey to Kodaikanal in the Western Ghats
FRIDAY: VATHALAGUNDU – KODAIKANAL
On arrival at Vathalagundu fresh up (1 hour time); embark on a hill drive to Kodaikanal at 0800 hrs. This scenic drive allows you to take in wonderful vistas of rolling hills and waterfalls along the way. Enroute visit Silver falls (photo stop). On arrival at Kodaikanal at 1000 hrs, the queen of hills check into hotel in the afternoon after, fresh up and visit Coakers walk at leisure and chill for the rest of the day or explore the hill station at your own pace. Return to the hotel for the overnight stay.
SATURDAY: SIGHTSEEING IN KODAIKANAL AND MORE
Morning, step out for sightseeing at your own pace of Kodaikanal, visit Kodaikanal lake, Bryant Park, enjoy horse Riding, cycling and shopping by the lake. Evening return to hotel for overnight stay.
SUNDAY: SIGHTSEEING IN KODAIKANAL & DEPARTURE
Morning check out of the hotel and proceed for a sightseeing tour of Kodaikanal. Spend the day amid the beauty and tranquility of the Western Ghats. Visit attractions like Pillar Rocks, Pine forest, Guna caves, green valley view, silent valley view, observatory (If permission available). Depart from Kodaikanal at 05.30 hrs to Chennai by an overnight bus journey.
MONDAY: Arrival Chennai at 0600 hrs with happy memories.
