Pricing Policy:

Tour Times is an International & Domestic Tour Operating company, that provides customers with all inclusive tour packages, fixed departures group departures  & customized tours.

Since our tours are all inclusive, each tour package will have different pricing based on the duration, destination and time of the year. Choice of budget along with surge pricing in Flight Tickets and Hotels may cause the cost of certain Tour Packages to vary.

Hence each tour product (Tour Package) will have different pricing, since many factors are involved in formulating the final price of the package.

If You Have A Complaint:

 

We aim to provide the best tour package possible based on your preference. However, if you are not satisfied please complain as soon as possible to the relevant person (for example, Sales Manager, Product Manager). If they cannot help, you must tell your tour Representative and we will do everything reasonably possible to sort the problem out. If you are still not satisfied, If you do not have the services of a Representative, you must contact us at the given Email ID or Phone Number. No complaints or refund requests for the same be entertained after the tour ends.
